If you are ordering from outside the U.S.A., please note that you must pay in U.S. Dollars. Duties and Taxes When ordering our software for delivery outside the U.S.A., you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package reaches the specified destination. The prices shown on our website do not include these duties or taxes; any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Also, please note that when ordering our software you are considered the importer of record, and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Note: the RelCalc V5.1 software is electronic delivery via download, nothing physical needs to be shipped. Export Regulations (Rev 07/2012) Our technical software products are exported from the United States in accordance with the U.S. Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited. Your purchase of our products indicates acceptance of the following conditions: - Restricted Destinations: The software, or any technical data contained in the software, will not be shipped, directly or indirectly, to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Rwanda, or Syria. - Nuclear Explosive Activities: The software will not be used, directly or indirectly, for any nuclear explosive activities, including research on or development, design, manufacture, construction, testing or maintenance of any nuclear explosive device, or components or subsystems of such a device. This prohibition does not apply for Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom. - Unsafeguarded Nuclear Activities: The software will not be used, directly or indirectly, for any activities including research on, or development, design, manufacture, construction, operation, or maintenance of any nuclear reactor, critical facility, facility for the fabrication of nuclear fuel, facility for the conversion of nuclear material from one chemical form to another, or separate storage installation, where there is no obligation to accept International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) safeguards at the relevant facility or installation when it contains any source or special fissionable material (regardless of whether or not it contains such material at the time of export), or where any such obligation is not met. This prohibition does not apply for Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom. - Safeguarded and Unsafeguarded Nuclear Activities: The software will not be used, directly or indirectly, for any safeguarded and unsafeguarded nuclear fuel cycle activities, including research on or development, design, manufacture, construction, operation or maintenance of any of the following facilities, or components for such facilities: (i) Facilities for the chemical processing of irradiated special nuclear or source material; (ii) Facilities for the production of heavy water; (iii) Facilities for the separation of isotopes of source and special nuclear material; or (iv) Facilities for the fabrication of nuclear reactor fuel containing plutonium. This prohibition does not apply for Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom. - Rocket Systems: The software will not be used, directly or indirectly, in the design, development, production or use of rocket systems or unmanned air vehicles in or by Bahrain, China (PRC), Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Macau, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen. Note: "rocket systems" include, but are not limited to, ballistic missile systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, and "unmanned air vehicles" include, but are not limited to, cruise missile systems, target drones and reconnaissance drones. - Delivery Systems: The software will not be used, anywhere in the world except by governmental programs for nuclear weapons delivery of NPT Nuclear Weapons States that are also members of NATO, directly or indirectly, in the design, development, production or use of rocket systems or unmanned air vehicles, regardless of range capabilities, for the delivery of chemical, biological, or nuclear weapons. Note: "rocket systems" include, but are not limited to, ballistic missile systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, and "unmanned air vehicles" include, but are not limited to, cruise missile systems, target drones and reconnaissance drones. - Chemical and Biological Weapons: The software will not be used, directly or indirectly, in the design, development, production, stockpiling, or use of chemical or biological weapons in or by any country or destination, worldwide. - Foreign Maritime Nuclear Propulsion: The software will not be used, directly or indirectly, in connection with a foreign maritime nuclear propulsion project. This prohibition applies to any technology relating to maritime nuclear propulsion plants, their land prototypes, and special facilities for their construction, support, or maintenance, including any machinery, devices, components, or equipment specifically developed or designed for use in such plants or facilities. - Restricted Persons/Entities: The software will not be used, directly or indirectly, by any person or entity barred by the United States Government from participating in export activities, including those persons or entities listed in: the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) Denied Persons List, Unverified List, or Entity List; the Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) Specially Designated Nationals List (SDGT, SDT, FTO, IRAQ2, NPWMD, BURMA); the State Department's List of Statutorily Debarred Parties; the State Department's various lists covering Nonproliferation Sanctions. |
